Cooking Class- upcoming classes to be held on October 20th at 6:00 pm. This is inter-generational. Free for seniors and $10 fee for those under 62 years of age. Join us as Dawn from Dawn's Delights in Princeton teaches us how to make an appetizer, entree and dessert ALL gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free and nut-free. Sign-up is required. Senior Singers- One of our newest programs. Join us each Tuesday at 2:15 pm. Do you like to sing or just listen to music? This is the program for you! Music is great therapy. Makes you happy and refreshes the soul. Join us as we sing some of our all time favorites. Our pianist, Marilyn Page will lead us in song.
Bereavement Support Group- meets the 4th Thursday of each month in the Library. Hospice Chaplain & Bereavement Coordinator, Clyde Wheatley guides the meeting.
Tai Chi- Every Tuesday from 11-12 PM in the Activity Room. Ages 18 & up.
Inter-generational Yoga- Every Tuesday from 5-6 pm in the Activity Room. Ages 18 & up. Gentle yoga for everyone. Free for seniors/$5 for all others. Wear comfortable clothing.
Caregiver "Drop-In" Group- Drop-in any Tuesday from 5:30 to 6:30 pm to receive care-giving tips, advice, support, care-giving resources, and new friendships. Connect with those who know what you are going through. Share, vent, laugh and feel less alone. We are here for you.
On-going Support Our Military- The Clinton Senior Center will be collecting items to send to our Clinton men and women serving overseas. Items needed include non-perishable food and drink items, such as canned meats, beef jerky, candy, gum, drink mixes, bagged snacks, nuts, energy bars. Personal care items such as toothpaste, floss, lotions, band aids, lip balm and assorted items such as phone cards, batteries, word games, and reading material are needed. Cash donations will also be accepted to help defray the cost of shipping. Please drop off items at the Clinton Senior Center 271 Church Street anytime Monday thru Friday between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm.

Cake Decorating- For Beginners! Tuesday, October 18th. The "Cake Lady" Dianne Rockwell will be teaching cake decorating techniques. Learn how to create designs, make decorations, use fondant and decorate special occasion cakes. Free for Clinton seniors/$10 for all others. Bring with you an 8 or 9 inch unfrosted cake. DIY Studios in Clinton will be hosting a monthly CRAFT CLASS sponsored by the Friends of the Clinton Senior Center on Thursday, October 6th, from 5:30-7:00 pm. October’s craft is a festive fall pumpkin. Registration is required. FREE for Clinton seniors/$10 for all others.
